Bearel.com is a K-Beauty online store offering fast GLS shipping to countries within Europe. GLS packages are most often delivered door to door but they may also be delivered to your nearest pick-up point.

If your country or the required location is not available at the checkout, please contact us so we can figure out the best shipping solution for you.

Shipping rates vary slightly depending on the customer’s location (please see exact shipping rates below).

*Customers in Finland can place their orders here at bearel.com or at our Finnish site www.bearel.fi. The shipping options in Finland are Posti package (parcel point or pick-up point) as well as normal home delivery.

Delivery time

Your order will be shipped from our warehouse in Tallinn, Estonia.

We handle all orders as soon as possible, usually within 1-4 working days. Please note that public holidays and campaigns may affect processing time, and the delivery times may vary depending on your country of location.

GLS Shipping

GLS delivers your order door-to-door or to the nearest pick-up point. Normal delivery will take about 1-4 working days, but it may vary in certain countries. You can track your orders here.

Bearel is not responsible for delivery delays, lost or missing packages or any other errors made by the shipping company. We are not responsible for items that could not be shipped to their destination because of an incorrect or undeliverable address. It is the responsibility of the customer to review their shipping address and information for accuracy before completing the purchase.

Customs

All orders will be shipped from our warehouse located in Tallinn, Estonia so your order won't be subject to any additional shipping costs or customs fees when ordering from another European country.

Please note: If you live outside European Economic Area you may need to pay customs and duties, VAT/local taxes, or other extra charges in your home country in order to receive the package. Please check the possible fees from the website of your local tax administration before placing an order.

 

Canceling or amending an order

If you have ordered items but you would like to make changes or cancel the order, please contact us as soon as possible: info(a)bearel.com. We are able to make changes or cancel your order if it hasn’t already been shipped from our warehouse. If the order has already shipped, changes can not be made, but after receiving your order you have the right to return it back to us.

Returns & Refunds

After receiving your order, you have a legal right to return your products within 14 working days. Please note that due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all returned products must be received sealed, unopened and unused in their original packages. Otherwise, we can not offer a refund or exchange.

If you would like to return/exchange your product, send us an email to info(at)bearel.com and include your full name, order ID, and product name(s) in the email. We will then send you the instructions on how to return your order. If there are differences in costs when exchanging products, we may reach out to you for further information. If you decide to return some unused products, remember to pack them carefully so that the items won't get damaged during the transport.

Refunds or exchanges will not be issued if the address is incorrect. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect/undeliverable address, shipping charges will not be refunded.

If you receive your order and find out that some of the products are damaged or defective, please email us and we will send you a new product to replace the defective one.
