Terms and conditions apply to orders made in the website: www.bearel.com.
These terms and conditions are used to apply between the customer and Bearel Oy.
Bearel Oy (Business Id: 2755864-5) sells products to customers and retailers.
The price of the products contains 24% VAT. We reserve the right to change prices of products and shipping.
INFORMATION AT SITE
We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information on this site. However we cannot assume responsibility for typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times or availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice.
The material on this site is provided for general information only. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk. We reserve the right to modify the content of this site at any time. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor changes to our site.
All photos and texts at the site belong to Bearel Oy, partners or brands sold at the online store. Use of pictures or content without our permission is prohibited. If you want to use our pictures (on your blog etc.) it is permitted, as long as you mention that it is taken from our website. Please add our links to the products mentioned. For example, you can say “Photo taken from Bearel.com (link to the photo/text/product).”
PLACING AN ORDER
Customer may make an order through website or email. Purchase contract is made when Bearel verifies the order, and customer has received order confirmation. Sometimes order confirmation does not get through, please check your junk mail, and send us an email (firstname.lastname@example.org) if you didn’t got the confirmation.
If you have ordered an item that has run out of stock, we inform you by email. We will give you an estimate how long does it take to get the product in stock. We can send you this product as a back order, or change the product to similar one, or refund the price of that product to you.

processing services to Merchants, i.e. companies, selling products
and services online to other companies and Consumers. The
payment processing services enable Merchants and Customers to

Simply choose PayPal when you select a payment option on this site, and you can quickly open a PayPal account and add your payment method to complete your purchase. You can also pay with credit and debit cards without signing up as a Paypal-user. (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
DELIVERY & SHIPPING
Bearel offers standard shipping to countries within Europe. If your country of location is not available at time of purchase, please contact us, so we can figure out the best shipping solution for you based on your location.
Shipping rates vary depending on customer location. Here you can see the list with shipping costs and free shipping. There won’t be any custom fees within Europe.

Do you see a text “out of stock, possible to back order” in a product you would like to buy? This means that we have the product back in stock in 1-2 weeks. When you add a back order/out of stock-product to your shopping cart, we will send you your order when the product is back in stock.

CANCELING, OR CHANGING YOUR ORDER
If you have already ordered items, but would like to cancel your order please send us an email as soon as possible. We can cancel, and change your order if the order has not been shipped yet. If the order is already shipped, you can not change or cancel it. After receiving your order you have the right to return your product.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
You have 14 days from the date of receipt of the items in order to exercise your legal right to return the products ordered. Please be aware that due to the nature of our products, and for hygiene purposes all returns must be received sealed, unopened and unused in its original package. Otherwise we can not offer a refund or exchange.
If you would like to return/exchange your product please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will send you the instructions how to return your order. Please include your full name, order ID, product name(s) in the email. If there is a difference in costs with the exchange, we may reach out to you for further information.
Customer will be responsible for the return shipping and handling charges. Please make sure to have a tracking number when shipping the package back, because we cannot issue a refund until our office confirms receipt of the returned items. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items during shipping.
Refunds or exchanges will not be issued if the address is incorrect. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect/undeliverable address, shipping charges will not be refunded.
Please notice, that if you don’t retrieve your order and the package is returned to us without notice, it will not be considered as a return.
POSSIBLE PROBLEM SITUATIONS
We are not responsible for delays in delivery, lost or missing packages or any other errors made by the post office. We are not responsible for items that could not be shipped to their destination because of an incorrect or undeliverable address. It is the responsibility of the customer to review their shipping address and information for accuracy before completing the purchase.
If a product is missing or damaged, please inform us as soon as possible (during 14 days).
